For many years the gastronomical complex U Graffu (Graff), on the ground floor of a corner house at I.P. Pavlova Square was famous for good Pilsener beer and quick snacks. That restaurant has been lovingly reconstructed with a complete full-service menu (breakfast, lunch, dinner and late-night dining). There’s a new, comfortable main dining room, a brasserie with cold Pilsener Urquell on tap and a cosy private salon capable of accommodating up to 12 persons for special occasions to serve a new generation of  Prague gastronomes and their visitors.  To the original buffet, the owners have added a brasserie with Pilsener Urquell on tap. The salon may be rented for special occasions (business lunches and meetings, anniversaries and parties, even intimate concerts) as well as the main dining room, where musical evenings and other special events are planned.  You will find a list of these elsewhere on our websites.
